In the first part of the forum we addressed how to align the decarbonization trajectory of our state or region with national and international environmental policies. Also, how to achieve a "green recovery" in the face of the current Covid-19 situation.
In the second part we focused on the Concept Note and worked in groups on the rationale and the regional, national and international environmental policy framework for the decarbonization trajectory in our state or region.
