Sobre o webinar

Decouple development with respect to emissions of greenhouse gases should be a global priority. PwC has been evaluated in the last 7 years the carbon intensity of the G20 economies through the Low Carbon Economy Index (LCEI). In this seventh index, national objectives (or Intended Nationally Determined Contributions – INDCs) were analyzed to determine if CO2 emissions are set necessary to limit warming to 2 °C. Unfortunately since this analysis is carried out, it has never met the level of annual «decarbonization» necessary to achieve the goal of not increasing global temperature beyond 2 °C. The implications of these objectives in terms of business and the investments needed to achieve them were also considered.

In this webinar the most relevant results of this publication were presented, including an analysis of key sectors of the countries that contribute to climate change. Also comments on the specific results for the region and opportunities for the private sector.
