About the webinar

There is a gap between the financial resources available to implement actions against climate change and those that are effectively used by Latin American countries. The dispersion of information on relevant sources presents one of the challenges that countries must face in order to improve access to climate finance.

This webinar will present a guide that provides Latin American countries with detailed information on international sources of financing. The study "Climate finance and NDCs in Latin America: a guide to facilitating access to international sources"It will be published shortly as No. 10 in the EUROCLIMA Technical Assistance Thematic Studies series and will provide key information on 25 of the main sources active in Latin America. This is expected to support the implementation of climate actions under the Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs). An infographic summarizing the information from the study is available online: http://bit.ly/fuentesfinanCC-ES

The webinar will be held at Spanish. If you have any questions about this event, please contact the LEDS LAC Platform Secretariat: info@ledslac.org.
