About the webinar
The webinar will present the experiences of some of the most advanced European and Asian countries in solid waste management, in order to generate new opportunities on technologies and measures for adaptation and mitigation of climate change in Latin America. This paradigm shift, in which waste is considered a resource, is part of the strategy towards a circular economy.
Speakers will share case studies of solid waste management in various areas (organic, waste to energy and recycling), with the aim of promoting climate actions that will allow participants to discuss opportunities for implementation in countries of the region.
The webinar will be held at Spanish. If you have any questions about this event, please contact the LEDS LAC Platform Secretariat: info@ledslac.org.
