About the webinar

In this webinar two of the Initiative for Climate Action Transparency (ICAT) methodologies will be introduced: transformational change and sustainable development. They form a set of guidelines for assessing the impacts of policies and actions on greenhouse gas emissions (GHG), sustainable development and transformation in an integrated and comprehensive manner at all levels of governance.

The methodologies provide assistance to policy makers and other users in assessing the impacts of countries’ climate policies and actions. They can play a critical role in providing the information needed for effective policy making, for the implementation of Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) and for reporting under the Paris Agreement’s enhanced transparency framework and on progress towards the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The webinar will be held in Spanish. Upon registration you will receive an email with the link to enter the day of the webinar. For more information contact the LEDS LAC Platform Secretariat at info@ledslac.org.
