Non-state and sub-national action guide: Integration of the impact of non-state and subnational mitigation actions into national planning, goals and projections
The guidance helps determine the GHG reduction potential of non-state and subnational actions to be reflected as reductions in the national GHG inventory. The guidance focuses on specific mitigation actions but also considers reductions from other types of actions.
