About the event

The joint regional event consisted of a series of virtual activities carried out between September and November 2020, with a variety of formats, methodologies and specific topics. Each thematic axis provided a common thread to articulate the offer of activities towards concrete results, give visibility to the different experiences existing in the region and provide spaces for interaction and collaboration among the participants. In this effort, the lessons learned, good practices and needs of the countries have been systematized and it is also expected to promote coherence and synergies among the countries, projects and programs of the region to accelerate and increase ambition and climate action, seeking their integration into the recovery agenda.

This session, which closes the joint regional event, seeks to share the main results of the three thematic areas of the joint event and to hear the views of stakeholders on these results and on priorities for climate action and green recovery.
