In the first part of the forum, we addressed how to align the decarbonization path of our states or regions with national and international environmental policies. Likewise, how to achieve a "green recovery" in view of the current situation of Covid-19.
In the second part, we focused on the Concept Note and worked in groups on the rationale and the regional, national and international environmental policy framework for the decarbonization path in our state or region.
