The Regional workshop LEDS LAC 2024held from September 30 to October 2 in Foz do Iguaçu, Brazil, brought together key stakeholders from the region to advance the transition to resilient, low-emissions development. With a focus on updating NDCs and increasing ambition in line with the UAE Consensus and the Global Stocktake, the event provided a space to exchange experiences, identify priorities and strengthen collaborations.
This integrated report presents the main learnings, key messages and progress towards COP30, as well as analyzing identified gaps and opportunities.
