About the webinar

Latin America is a region where renewable energies are experiencing rapid growth. The high priced for electricity in most of the region, growing demand, energy security problems and, in some cases, export potential, provide fertile ground for the deployment of renewable energy technologies. is further boosted by recent declines in some technological costs and increased competitiveness.

In this webinar we will present the advances in the development of renewable energies in Latin America. The case of the construction of the renewable energy NAMA in Peru, which will contribute to the achievement of the nationally determined contributions communicated to the UNFCCC will be presented.

The webinar will be held in Spanish. If you have any questions about this event, please contact the Secretariat of the LEDS LAC Platform: info@ledslac.org.
